the living’s easy

My kids are already a couple of weeks into their summer break.  Last year we had an amazing summer, and so far Summer 2012 is off to a fantastic start, too.

We’ve already made a trip to Grandma an Grandpa’s.

We bought a trampoline.  The kids seem to like it.

And we’re in full-on prep mode for Science Camp.  This year’s theme is “Falling For Science”.  Rumor is catapults will be involved.  It will be awesome.

Still to come:
Swim lessons
Camping
Amusement parks
Drive ins
and more.

I love summer!

My sister has entered to win some equipment for her classroom.  She’d love your support and vote.  Thanks!

I am tired at all that you have done already! We just started and I need to think of some projects...I have a few "girl" ones but need to get going on some boy ones....thanks for the ideas!

PS- the darling picture of Ivy almost makes my bench and deck look delightfully rustic rather than just neglected. Almost.

I wanted to mention that your sons are almost as scrawny as my son! Makes me feel better about his physic! And I made a harmonica jacket using your patter. If I ever get around to taking a picture of it, I'll be sure to share. :)
